All approved returns are issued as STORE CREDIT.

Without Package Protection: You have 7 days from delivery to email wigsforeverywoman@gmail.com to request a return for store credit or an exchange. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit. Packages are not protected in the event of loss or theft.

With Package Protection: Your package is protected in the event of loss or theft, and you have 14 days from delivery to request a return for store credit or an exchange. No restocking fee applies.

All wigs must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and no signs of wear, alteration, styling products, fragrance, makeup, or other products.

Final Sale: Discontinued wigs, Sample Sale wigs, and wigs discounted 35% or more are not eligible for return or exchange.
